With spring training in full swing and the new season approaching, fantasy is underway. If you haven't received an invitation yet about joining a league - that means you're probably not in one. No worries you can just create one yourself not including who ever didn't invite you. The perfect revenge.
When you're drafting outfielders try to get two speedy ones and one power hitter. Example: Ichiro, Matt Holliday, and Denard Span.
Pay attention to the the Padres down the stretch if they're in the hunt or preserving a title pick up Matt Stairs. He is and excellent pinch hitter so if yours and San Diego's season is on the line take Stairs.
Try to take players that play multiple positions so because the points are only for the player when he plays not when he is at that position.
Countdown:
29. Chris Coghlan
28. Kevin Youkilis
27. Jacoby Ellsbury
26. Andrew Bailey
25. Matt Cain
Special Segment: Outfield
In the draft you don't need to take one left, right, and center fielder you can take three leftfielders or two right and one in center it doesn't matter at all. If fielding points are credited don't take an outfielder who plays in a spacious stadium. Try to take an outfielder every couple of rounds. Make the other teams unbalanced by taking no show outfielders* to trade later in the season.
* A no show outfielder is a player who is okay but overrated. Example: Rick Ankiel
