Super Bowl Posistion Breakdown: Offense

This year's Super Bowl is stacked with outstanding players and teams. I will break down the positions and tell you which player has the better edge.

Upper Hand (listed first) / Under Dog

QB: Peyton Manning / Drew Brees
Peyton had a stellar season while Brees had comparable stats choked in the end of the season.

RB: Reggie Bush / Joseph Addai
Though once Pro Bowl caliber Addai has declined with age and Reggie Bush is tearing up the boards with his stats.

WR: Colts /Saints
The Colts have three amazing, agile receivers these are Wayne, Garcon, and Collie while the Saints do have Marques Colston the secondary receivers are not as good.

TE: Dallas Clark / Jeremy Shockey
Both are very good but Clark is stellar. Clark catches passes, blocks, and can run better than most NFL non running backs.

OL: Colts / Saints
The Colts' line protects Peyton, allows him to take his time, get set and not rush himself into a mistake.

After the first five positions the Colts currently lead 4-1.
