Troy Tulowitzki: Star Shortstop

Today, October 10 my favorite baseball player, Troy Tulowitzki, celebrates his 27th birthday. In his short career that is just taking off, Troy has already become a star player as he is basically the complete package. With his high average, strong arm, ability to hit for power, and Gold Glove worthy defense, he is almost a 5 tool guy,as he lacks speed. But nonetheless, he is a great player. Growing up he idolized Derrek Jeter, which is why he wears number two at shortstop. The Jeter signature play is performed nearly impeccably by Tulo. When Colorado wears their pinstripes, it is possible for one to confuse the two stellar shortstops. Troy has won numerous awards to decorate his resume by winning Rookie of the Year, a Golden Glove, a Silver Slugger as well as being an All Star and playing in the World Series. In 27 years, Troy has shown the world that you don't have to win a championship to be a champion because anyone can win one, but not everyone can be one.
