Count out the Jets?

These past few weeks have been torture for Jet fans. First it was the loss to the Saints. Followed by the last second loss to the Dolphins and the disappointing overtime loss to the Bills when they lost Noseguard, Kris Jenkins. When it looked like they were getting back on track they lose the, "Little Colonel",Leon Washington to a season ending broken leg. Now the Jets D-line is messed up and now they lost their three headed monster at running back(Thomas Jones, Leon Washington,and Shonn Greene. If Rex Ryan wants to hoist the Lombardi trophy he has to get the Jets to make some big changes fast before the Patriots run away with division. The Jets in March were said to be Super Bowl champs in five years than they got Mark Sanchez they were supposed to win it in the next three years, and when they started off 3-0 they were supposed to win it it the next two years. After the two embarrassing losses to the Dolphins and the Bills they didn't look like they should even make the playoffs. If you want to be good in New York you are supposed to win something in the next two years. New York is a city that can love and hate you. You want them to love you. I love Mark Sanchez and everything he has brought up to New York form USC but he has to remember that this isn't college where you are an immediate superstar. This league takes almost five years to be half as good as Roger Staubach. He has thrown to many interceptions and if he doesn't get himself together he'll end up like Ryan Leaf. The Jets are a great football team and I'd hate to see them go down this early and choke. But if this is the case than we'll use the old Brooklyn Dodger d saying,"Wait'll next Year!"
