Super Bowl Hoedown

Drew Brees and Reggie Bush were the unsung heroes of the Saints. Thirty years ago when I was a kid my friends and I would've laughed if someone said the "Aints" would've made the Super Bowl. The Saints had given the world and NFL its first taste of a Manning. Little did we know that one day that team might have helped Peyton Manning get into the NFL.

The Colts this year were somewhat overrated and in many ways underrated - led by Peyton Manning, Reggie Wayne, Dallas Clark, Jeff Saturday, and Dwight Freeney. To some people, these five players are the only players on the Colts; however, there are forty seven other players on this team! As much as the Colts have amazing veterans, they still have a few unsung but depended heroes. These are Austin Collie, Pierre Garcon, and Donald Brown.

Archie said blood is thicker than water. So the Colts will have Archie on their side. Three out of the last four Super Bowls the Mannings have played in - which means Archie has made the trip to the Super Bowl three times.
